Arlington Coal & Lumber will accept any returned item that is in saleable condition along with the original sales receipt. Special order products such as set-up door units or factory ordered merchandize are non-returnable, a 10-20 percent charges may apply to special order returns. |

Our delivery is free of charge for orders tallying over $250.00. For orders under $250.00 there will be a $10.00 delivery charge. We also bill for delivering any masonry product which is not combined with a lumber order greater that $250.00. |

It is rather simple. All you have to do is to call your salesperson or the shipping department to set up a time and place for delivery in accordance to your convenience. |

Boom truck deliveries are reserved for roofing material, siding material and house frame distributions. We can accommodate most requests for boom truck deliveries within a few days. |

We have an extensive list of quality sub contactors that we will be glad to hand you. You will be set up with a commercial credit account for your current and future ventures. Your project will receive the same attention as our largest homebuilder account. |

Generally you must have a business checking account, have been in business for two or more years, and have three solid trade references from other local suppliers. |

Call, stop by, or email Arlington Coal & Lumber Company. For existing customers of Arlington Coal & Lumber there is no charge for this service. We do charge for some take-off estimates, but the charge is refunded if the material is purchased at Arlington Coal & Lumber Company.
