Q. What is your return policy?

A. We have a NO CANCEL, NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY for our Kitchen Cabinets, as all can be acquired via Special Order.

Q. What is your delivery policy?

A. All deliveries pay an $8.00 fuel service fee. When the price of diesel fuel decreases this fee may be reduced or eliminated. Over the last 3 years, this fee has been as high as $15.00. Any order totaling less than $250.00 will pay a $25.00 delivery fee. So, if your order is less than $250.00 you will pay an additional $33.00 ($25 + $8) in fees. All masonry products, no matter of order value, pay a $25.00 delivery fee and fuel service charge.

Q. How do I set up a delivery?

A. It is rather simple. All you have to do is to call your salesperson or the shipping department to set up a time and place for delivery in accordance to your convenience.

Q. How can I have a boom truck delivery?

A. Boom truck deliveries are reserved for roofing material, siding material and house frame distributions. We can accommodate most requests for boom truck deliveries within a few days.

Q. I am on the lookout for a sub-contractor could you recommend someone?

A. Arlington Coal & Lumber, Sudbury Lumber, and Wilmington Building Supply, and our Kitchen Design Center are the places where professional contractors shop. We recommend only the best and most qualified contractors in the area. Feel free to call for a recommendation.

Q. I am a homeowner building my own house or addition?

A. Come down and meet our sales team. Guidance for product recommendations, design and structure of your project, and cost savings opportunities will be addressed by your salesperson. We have an extensive list of quality sub contactors that we will be glad to hand you. You will be set up with a commercial credit (PDF 10KB) account for your current and future ventures. Your project will receive the same attention as our largest homebuilder account.

Q. How do I open a commercial charge account?

A. Generally you must have a business checking account, have been in business for two or more years, and have three solid trade references from other local suppliers.

Q. What if I do not want a charge account?

A. Arlington Coal & Lumber offers loyal customer cash accounts. You will receive the privileges of having a commercial charge account without the monthly bills.

Q. How can I receive an estimate on a blue print, and how long will it take?

A. Call, stop by, or email us. For existing customers, there is no charge for this service. We do charge for some take-off estimates, but the charge is refunded if the material is purchased at our companies.
