FAQ

Customers may return products provided they are in saleable condition and they have the original sales receipt. We have a NO CANCEL, NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY for our Kitchen Cabinets. There may be a restocking charge added, depending on the situation. 

If you would like to return building materials, drive into the yard to see a lumberyard associate. They will review what you are returning and make a tally. The tally will be brought inside and processed from there. For store item returns, you should head directly into the store. 

Yes! When you register for an online account, there is an optional field for you to enter your account number. There is an approval process to make sure that you are indeed the account owner, but it should not take more than 1-2 days for approval.

Our goal is for customers to eventually be able to log in and view invoices, statements, make payments, and place orders for materials.
