Product Overview
WindsorONE Protected Edge & Center Bead Primed Finger Joint Pine T & G - Ceiling/Wainscoting Boards are made of real wood, finger jointed and coated with three coats of acrylic latex primer. Some ideas for interior use, 1" x 6" wainscot boards are great as a kitchen backsplash, a half-wall in a breakfast nook, or a decorative ceiling. The pre-primed finish saves time when preparing for the finish paint. The most common use for this item on the exterior of your home is the traditional porch ceiling. New England beaded porch ceilings are often painted a light blue color, to mimic the color of the sky. The color is said to discourage bugs and spiders from nesting on the surface.
